FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the prices that I provide are based on my experience and the time that is required to see results. Every client, and their situation, is unique so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to my coaching services. A brief, initial conversation is highly recommended in order to land at the best price for my services and the clients' needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation (Meet and Greet; pinpoint the issue; decide on the best approach - i.e. schedule creation) 2. Agreement (Decision to continue meeting, long or short-term) 2. Pre-work (Initial quizzes, paperwork to determine end-goals) 4. Sessions (Time to do the work!) 5. Post-work (Next steps; evaluation - i.e. Were our goals met? Do we need to schedule additional sessions) 6. Check-in (as determined during the sessions)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began by coaching a few people on a regular basis before being asked to speak at an event focusing on at-risk teens. I worked as an educator and trainer for 10 years. I transitioned into coaching and consulting in 2013 and have been doing this work ever since. Most recently, I have spoken at a few business, women and youth conferences.
