Stan came over to view the scope of the job and gave us an estimate. The next day, he did the job and it turned out great. He came back to make sure everything was going well and "tweeked" one little problem. He guaranteed his work and is a very nice person to do business with. If we have another project we will absolutely call Stan.

Stan replaced the igniter in my oven. He was prompt, professional and courteous. I found his pricing to be significantly less than the larger appliance companies to do the same repair. I am looking forward to working with Neighborhood Resource in the future.

Stan was repairing drywall ceiling, matching texture, adding electrical outlets, cieling can lights, under cabinet lights, chandeliers, added dimmer switches, and much more. He was amazingly professional, reasonably priced, and honest. I am going to hire him again soon for more jobs that have come up. I highly recommend him. It was really convenient he lived so close in the neighborhood.
