I chose SocalDJServices on Thumbtack for my mom’s birthday party months before the actual event and I’m glad I did. John was really friendly and professional in every way. He showed up right on time and provided the best sound and dance music with his high quality audio and video equipment. Johnny was absolutely amazing. His set up was very professional, the music was perfect. He took the time to find out what needed to be heard and said by the guest of honor at 90 years old. He also played music to get people up and dancing at our request. Very responsive the entire time we set things up prior to the party. It went off without any hitches! This was my first time hiring a D.J. for my daughters 21st birthday party! I must say it was an awesome experience. I went online and was a little apprehensive! My daughter said he was "super cool" and would hire him again in a minute! We would definitely recommend him! We begin by gaining knowledge of each individual event and what the sound & lighting requirements will be to make the event a successful and memorable one!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been members of the American Disc Jockey Association and we are fully licensed and insured with a high dollar policy to cover all venues and event spaces.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the owner, i have been a pro dj for over 20 years, mainly running wedding events, sweet 15 and most other types of private events.. our equipment has evolved over the years and our lighting units our the most advanced available!
