Depends on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the home owner at their house at a convenient time for them. Find out the problem, assess damage to the roof, offer a solution and a bid. If they are happy with the bid, we will move forward and get the problem taken care of. If they don't, then thanks for the opportunity, no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Work with Ruddy's Roofing in Round Rock/Austin,Texas for 2 years as a Sales/Project Manager member. Completed over 200 roof repairs and worked over 100 insurance claims.
