- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the client's needs in an over the phone brief interview, then we discuss whether I can help them or not. I am very honest so if I cannot help or I feel they will better be served by another type of professional I will let the client know immediately. Please call or email to discuss!!
