- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quoted price of $45/hour is an average rate. See individual rates below: 0-10 miles of Costa Mesa is $25/hr 11-20 miles of Costa Mesa is $35/hr 21-30 miles of Costa Mesa is $45/hr 31+ miles of Costa Mesa is $55/hr My rate includes a complementary 30 minute in-home consultation to view the project and assess needs. If organizational products are needed, I will look for low cost solutions. I will include these costs in your final bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For large projects: Initially we will have a brief phone call to go over the basics of the project and set up the in-home consultation. During the home visit I will take photos and measurements of the areas that need organizing. We will set up the day/time of the next appointment when I will complete the work. For small projects: We will speak over the phone first. I will ask you to send photos and measurements (when applicable) of the areas to be organized. We will set up the day/time of the next appointment when I will complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I feel this is relevant training because it taught me how to listen and understand the motivations and emotional needs of my clients. Uncluttering and purging items from one's home can be an emotional process for some!
