We bought a new printer with Amazon and purchased printer installation. Amazon hired R&A Technologies (Ron) to install the printer. As soon as the printer was delivered, Ron called to schedule an appointment for installation. We had an outdated operating system on our old computer and was not compatible with the new printer. We decided to purchase a new computer and Ron searched the internet and recommended a few computers which would meet our needs. Ron setup and configured the new computer.
The brochure I received from R&A Technologies states they "take pride in providing fast, courteous and quality service by a highly skilled and qualified technician". I can say this is a true statement. We have been extremely happy with his service and will continue to call Ron for any computer questions or problems.

I am not very computer savvy, and I was having a problem with my printer. It was an older printer (I am still running Windows XP for business purposes). My printer was unable to be fixed, but Ron was able to find me one that was compatible, and actually of better quality than the one I was using. He helped me get it all set up, and in doing so, noticed how slow it was running. He offered his services to "clean it up", which it really needed. Afterwards he made sure it was up and running, and also contacted me the following day to make sure everything was working as it should.
Ron is very knowledgeable, and after initially talking to him for a few minutes, I knew I was in good hands. He is very professional, reliable, and easy to work with. His rates are also quite reasonable.
I highly recommend his services!
