We begin with a brief strategy session to make sure we are on the same page, and to determine what next steps would look like if we work together on a deeper level.

I have a bachelors degree in nutrition and dietetics, a masters degree in public health, a masters degree in human nutrition, and I am a certified nutrition specialist.
