- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client as well as I can quickly so that they feel comfortable and trust me to develop the right program for them. This involves chatting about their past fitness levels, their favorite ways to work out and their desired results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started with my own personal fitness journey and self education about how to achieve total health. I've been at both ends of the fitness spectrum, so I understand all levels of struggles.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Everything from extremely overweight folks to performance athletes. I try to encourage and train everyone according to what they want and can realistically accomplish, which means that my clients never feel uncomfortable speaking up during training. I am an excellent listener and an easy conversationalist, and can often sense when a workout session needs to change on the fly or if we need to try new approaches. They never feel as though I am pushing too hard.
