- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge on an hourly rate with some sort of trip/fuel charge depending on where the job is located and going to. We provide free no obligation in home estimates to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we want to gather as much information about the move from the customer to give the best quote as possible, and plan for any possible snags that can be prevented before the move date. If the job is lager and more complicated we recommend sending the owner out for a free no obligation estimate to make a game plan with the customer, and provide a solid price for the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been the business owner since 2002. He has been around the industry since 1992 when his father opened up a moving company that is still running and serving the metroplex today. Jake has extensive training in the industry from the ground up. With this knowledge he is able to provide the best service to his customers and great training to his employees on proper transport methods.
