- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on the pay frequency and amount of employees. So we charge each time you process payroll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do whatever is most convenient for my clients, whether that is meeting them at their business, local Starbucks, or even their apartment. I like to learn more about my client's businesses to make sure they are set up on the platform that best fits their needs as well as making it as affordable as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed sales. Every job I have had has led me here. I used to sell wrapping paper door-to-door, then advertising by walking from one business to the next, and finally was given the opportunity to work for ADP.
