- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the "gift is in the giving" pricing program. We want to take the risk out of working with a trainer. We want to earn your trust first! Show results first and allow you to give us what you valued the results from working with our trainers! It's so simple and rewarding for all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to listen to the owners, watch and observe the relationship or the behavior issues. Then we educate and translate what's going on from the dogs view... And then we show the owners how to communicate in a language the dogs speak
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are real life trainers, with credentials working with the best trainers in the world; giving us our education. We have trained hundreds of dogs, so our tangible experience is second to none. We can solve problems very quickly, as we have seen and worked with these issues daily
