- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are specialized/customized, to meet each individual customer's needs...Whether it's residential/commercial staging....Managing/overseeing an upcoming move....Decluttering/Organizing spaces, in order to simplify the clients personal/professional lifestyle at hand....My standard price is $50.00 an hour ( staging) and $30.00 an hour ( organizing/decluttering)....to possibly include additional costs with staging projects, that may be incurred with items needed to accessorize with spaces being staged....This is determined upon visiting the property, to evalute the property, in order to gain a better perspective to what the project would entail...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the property, to assess the work required for the project at hand, along with the Square footage, to determine the hours needed to complete the project....I take pictures of the spaces, in which will be staged, in order to determine what the process will entail....To include accessorizing, furniture added/removed and rearranging existing furniture within the home....I write up a detailed proposal, to what my services will involve, in order to complete the staging process, in preparations to listing on the real estate market....

I graduated from Texas Tech University with an Interior Design degree...
