- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have options to pay per session or to pay a monthly retainer. Which ever makes the most sense based on the goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always starts with an assessment. I provide a free thorough assessment that includes body composition, circumference measurements, movement screening, and nutrition evaluation. Reaching any goal starts with establishing a starting point. Once we understand where we are starting from we can set specific and measurable goals. If you can measure it we can change it! Then I create a tailored plan to ensure you are attaining your goals. The plans dig into how you move, what and when you eat, sleep, strategies to help with undermining habits, and anything else required to make you successful. Through the process, I go through the measurements so you can see every area progress is being made. I encourage questions and education is very important to me so I like to make sure you're never in the dark about where you are and the science behind what we're doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications including my CPT, PES, CES, PN1, Pre/Post natal, and kettle bell. I'm always looking to add to my knowledge but I'm a firm believer that nothing beats hands on experience and the results produced. I have 10 years of experience and a solid track record of people reaching their goals.
