Stu is amazing trainer. He helped me lose almost 50 lbs after I had a baby and made sure I was consistent about eating right. Stu is upbeat and I'm always impressed by his depth of knowledge and insight about the body and how it works.

Stu was my personal trainer for over 2 years and he'd be my trainer right now if I still lived in Dallas. I have had several trainers over the years, but sessions with Stu were unique because they were both fun and challenging. Most importantly he tailored the workout to my goals and my mood/energy level for the day. In addition, he gave me nutrition advice that were specific to my vegan diet, which ultimately helped me reach my goals. Overall, I highly recommend him as a trainer - especially for anyone nervous or new to training - he makes the process very easy and he's very fun to work with.
