- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes i offer many different packages for private training and small group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the potential client through a free consultation that involves an overall fitness evaluation: workout, going over the clients goals, diet, check their weight and body fat %, and develop a written plan that pertains to that client's individual fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school, I signed up for the power lifting/weight training course at the age of 16. That is where I noticed that I had a passion for fitness, so I made the decision to attend the National Personal Training Institute, where I completed 500 hours of hands on training. I have now been a certified personal trainer for 11 years and have many success stories from past/current clients. Fitness is my passion and my clients are my success.
