They were very professional and punctual. They took the time to tell me what to expect before the crew arrived. Everyone from the lady in the office to the guys with the truck were more than helpful. I moved from a two bedroom apartment on the first floor into another apartment on the third floor and they never charged me extra for stairs or anything. The pricing is very fair. They charge per hour and break it down into 20-minute windows so they never over charge you. Oh! They were super fast! I will definitely use them again!

These guys rock! My husband and I were moving from Dallas to Fort Worth and the professionals with Gentle Giant made our move so easy! They arrived early, helped us finish packing, loaded everything up, and had us unloaded in our new home in no time!
