- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the customer's needs either in person or over the phone. If we are able to help, we will outline what it is we can and will do; what the expected outcome will be and what the costs are to the customer. With an agreement on services and costs, the customer will pay a retainer of estimated expenses. If We are able to complete the investigation in less than the estimated time, we refund a portion of the retainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 35 years in local law enforcement, fire service and emergency medicine. I have been trained in investigative techniques and methods; fire and arson investigation; report writing; and kenesic interviewing .
