- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair with our pricing (we have been told we are the lowest priced hourly plumbing company customers have found )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give zero cost assessments - we make an appointment the technician will assess the repair needed give the owner the costs with materials to complete the repair. We then proceed with the repair upon approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our master plumber / owner has over 35 years of experience and takes continuing education courses every year (as do the technicians) to maintain education of current processes.
