I was tired of wasting my time and money in a gym guessing what to do/what not to do. Dave is a trained professional and a veteran. He takes ALL of the guess work out of getting into shape. He is very professional and has an excellent work ethic. I am completely satisfied with his services and can not reccomend him enough. Thank you Dave!!!
