Her unique style of teaching is creative and balanced. Her teachings are based on a foundation of ISHTA Yoga, Eclectic experience and is infused with spirituality. Using ISHTA Yoga techniqes along with life experience, teaching experience and compassion. Bringing to your home or office the safety of an experienced instructor and the ease of taking care of you by traveling to your space for service. All equiptment included in travel.

I never did Yoga and at 69 I thought it was crazy to start but my daughter insisted we go together just a couple of times... so I did and I now I even go without her. All the teachers are kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. I go to the Gentle Yoga class where I try to master the basic poses with the guidance, and encouragement from the teacher and always feel great at the end of each session. It is both a calming and invigorating experience. Another good thing about this studio is that they have several levels and day and evening hours so I always find a class for me. I can't imagine anyone at any level not benefiting from a class at the Brewster Serene Scene Yoga, give it a try

I am enormously grateful to have found serene yoga. Laura and her awesome staff have been a life changer for me. It takes a lot for me to ever miss a class. I leave with peace of mind and feel nurtured and fulfilled. Francine and Laura have made a difference!
