Excellent experience with these guys. Came to look at the job same day and gave me an honest review. Checked with a few contracting friends who said the quote was fair and reasonable. Completed the job the very next morning. Even did more than they said they were going to do, once they started the job and realized a little more needed doing. All at no extra quite past the agreed price. We knew/know the roof needs replacing next spring/summer but just wanted it patched to get us through the winter. This was the quickest response time I have ever had from a service provider. I made a request, DeCarney Roofing replied in less than 5 minutes and was able to get me on their schedule same day within 20 minutes of my request. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't have a standard pricing system , and the reason for that is you have to price each roof accordingly, some Roofs are walkable and easy , some are extremely steep and require staging . I can't charge both home owners the same price per square , when one needs staging and requires time and the other I can walk on and be finished in half the time . It all depends on the time and difficulty of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting to know the new customers needs is always where we start . We never push 101 different items on our customers to buy , we figure out there needs , and set them up for a leak free home for years to come .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'am a third generation Roofer , I have been trained by my father and Grandfather who are still working today as we speak !
