- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and without gimmicks or hidden costs. We provide free on-site consultation for our first time customers and have simple hourly pricing no matter what the task entails. We always provide our customers with an ETC. If the task isn't completed in the time allotted, Your service is free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen carefully and acknowledge the issue. We inform the customer what the job entails and approximately how long it will take to complete. Once permission has been granted to start, we go right to work. We always encourage our customers to ask questions and make it a priority to address all their concerns. Once the job has been completed, we make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the service received. We guarantee our work, and back it up long after task completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At IQ Technologies, All engineers and technicians are either certified, have a related college degree or equivalent background in their fields. I am an A+ certified systems technician. Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems and Bachelor of Science in Interactive Media Design.
