- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $55 to come out to diagnose your issue. If you choose to have repair done by us then I waive the trip charge!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as working with any other customer. I set up an appointment to come to your home to see the exact problem and offer a reasonable quote to repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been repairing appliances for around 11 years so most all experience is in the field work. I also went to sinclair community college for electronics engineering to learn the now ever so popular technical control board side of appliances.
