This technician solved my problem right away. He was on time, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Answered my questions and addressed concerns in plain English (no technobabble) and gave very helpful advice on security issues. Did not waste a minute. While diagnostic programs were running on my tower he solved some problems on my husband's computer. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.
