- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My name is Kel with EXtreme Personal Fitness. Thank you for your interest. I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, Weight Loss Coach and Fitness Coach, Nutrition Specialist and Fat Loss Specialist. I spent 10 years at Wright Patterson Air Force Base teaching our U.S. military and government the principals of nutrition, vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, a good healthy diet and healthy eating, herbal remedies plus more. What things I taught the United States Military worked great for them, and I do feel confident that they will work well for you too! I offer weight loss and fitness coaching and have partnered with a nutritionist/dietician, nurse practitioner, and physician as a part of my program. Personal Training amounts, the amount varies from $50 to $60 (it's likely to increase to $60 by summer 2023 I also can personal train clients in their home (that is a completely different price structure). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Please fill out a Fitness Profile which takes clients about 10 to 15 minutes. This Fitness Profile discusses your goals and previous exercise experience, your diet, and other related questions. 2. Upon completing that and I review it, we schedule a phone call to discuss your Fitness Profile together. From there we can discuss the next steps depending on if you are a personal training client, weight loss coaching client, or both. 3. I want to make certain that you are a good fit to work with me; either for personal fitness training and/or as a weight loss coaching client. I do work with clients throughout the United States so distance is not a factor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer through National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) (Sorry ACE does not live here! 😊 My background in college is Leadership and Psychology. What I have studied in college definitely applies to helping clients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
