- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first consultation session is complimentary where I determine your baseline fitness level, talk about your goals, and determine your risk stratification level (low, moderate or high risk). Based on that information, I will devise an exercise program that will help you attain your goals. The next step will be to schedule your training sessions. I will routinely assess your progress every few weeks to make sure you are on track to achieving your set goals. This will also allow you to assess me to make sure I am meeting your expectations, as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fitness industry since the mid 90’s. I was the Fitness Programs Coordinator at the Texas Club in Houston, TX, as well as had many personal training clients then and throughout the years. I recently became certified thru the American College of Sports Medicine under their Certified Personal Trainer program. ACSM is the Gold Standard in the fitness industry, and the is the oldest certification program in the US today.
