Ferbert Guitar Lessons

Introduction: Hey my name is Dalsen, and I am a senior mechanical engineering major at Northern Illinois University. If you are just starting the guitar or in an intermediate stage in your quest to play something that you are proud of, then look no further, let’s make it happen! Being an engineer has helped me develop methodical approaches in understanding pattern recognition while connecting these ideas to the music theory that will bring these scales to life. While I am not proficient in reading music, I do have a well-developed understanding of music theory, and will have you blown away with what you are capable of learning in just a short period of time. Lessons will take my place in the studio I have assembled in my local Dekalb apartment. I have a good understanding of audio processing, and will have plenty of technical insight if that is something of interest. I have a strong belief that a lot of progress can be made from recording your own playing in studio quality, enabling you to take home proof of the progression you have made while hearing the nuances and detail that fundamentally build your sound. I am strongly influenced by SRV, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayer, Andy Timmons, Joe Bonamassa and many, many more! If this sounds like an approach you’d like to take, then get a guitar in your hands! More than anything, I love when somebody is proud of something they just played. There may be nothing more addicting than having a track on your play list, played by yourself, that has even you in disbelief. I love music, I love theory, and together they become something really beautiful when instructed in a way that can be understand and adapted into your own playing.
