- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep in mind that i have to make money and that the homeowner has to save money. So i feel that my prices are very fair..too fair sometimes...but the price i give i stand by...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once i get approval to do the work we set a date for the work to be done...that date is a moving target...the weather will and can move a scheduled date...also the homeowners will change there minds on what they want to get done and do more work at the last minute...vehicle problems my arise...ect...for the most part I am able to make scheduled appointments on time...If the homeowner can not be there i would leave a bill for them and i would expect to be payed on in a timely matter...i always leave the job site cleaner than it was before we got there...when pressure washing the homeowner should contact there pool company to clean out the filters especially if the screen stucture is white and moldy...the pool will become milky white...it will take a couple of days to clear up...
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been in this business since 92' so i have worked with all types of customers...i have delt with builders, roofers, landscapers, painters, and stucco guys....I have worked on hotels, diffarant types of businesses, apartment complexes , and million doller homes...
