Karissa and Fit Club 47 are the bee's knees- really it was a gift to have been able to find her. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always offer a free initial consultation so we can be sure we're a great match. If a client decides to sign on, the first session is spent chatting about nutrition, goals, and doing assessments so we can move forward with success. The second session and onward is spent in the gym working on strength-training, endurance exercises, core training, and flexibility training. We also spend time talking about nutrition and overall wellness!
