FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find that tailoring services to the client's needs is the best way to provide high value to my clients, for that reason I don't have "standard pricing"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I gather some general information about what the client needs, where they live, and the needs of their pet(s). Then we schedule a meet and greet at a time that is convenient for the client. If all goes well, I collect a house key that will enable me to attend to the needs of the pets in the home while the clients are away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my degree in veterinary science in 2001, sat for the national veterinary technician exam that year as well, and have worked as a certified veterinary technician in veterinary clinics for over 10 years. I have done pet sitting in client homes and dog walks for 15 years. I am a member of Pet Sitters International as well as the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. I am bonded and insured as well.
