I want to capture in words the love that you feel and help you enjoy this one amazing moment. From the time everyone lines up to process until the time you exit gloriously married, I will take care of you and your friends and family by hosting a wonderful ceremony tailored just for you. My services stand out because of my incredible attention to detail. From how to correctly pin a boutonniere to using the proper ink to sign your Marriage License I have all of the bases covered to make your ceremony everything you thought it could be and more. After all, this is your wedding, perfectly yours. As a couple looks up at me after the final signature is placed on the marriage licence, there is a smile that my clients give me. And within that smile is a relief that the formalities are over, an excitement to start the reception and a deep longing to begin life as a couple. But what I like most is that behind that smile there are no regrets, no thoughts that this moment could be any better than it is right now. And within that, I know I have done my part to start a couple off in the best way possible. And to me, that makes this the best job in the world.

We couldn’t have dreamt of a better officiant than Scot. We contacted him with very little notice about our elopement (we flew from Texas to Denver!), and he was nothing but enthusiastic and helpful the entire time. Upon meeting with Scot over video chat, we knew right away he was the best fit for us. Scot was so knowledgeable and helped us through every step of putting our dream ceremony together. He was also incredibly kind and understanding, as we dealt with some crazy family issues that lead to bumping our ceremony a day over. We couldn’t be more grateful. Scot even found the perfect spot for our wedding (pics below!). Our ceremony was so special and Scot is the best for the job, hands down. If you are getting married in Colorado, he’s your man.

We booked Scot to officiate our destination wedding to Breckenridge a few weeks ago and were very pleased with his services. Coming from out of state, we weren't able to meet in in person, but Scot made himself available through phone calls and emails to get to know us and help us create the perfect ceremony. My husband and I were kind of particular but Scot was very warm, patient, and accommodating. On the day of our wedding he even helped set things up at the ceremony site and then mailed our marriage license back to the clerk's office so we didn't have to worry about it. Thank you Scot!

Scot Sanders is amazing, to say the least. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and genuine. I had absolutely no experience with weddings what so ever and he helped significantly. He answered every question I had, even if it had nothing to do with officiating. He by far is the best wedding officiant. He went above and beyond at my wedding, so far that he even got the music and sounds to work. He waited with me until everyone was there, even when it was later than the designated start time. He was efficient and made everyone feel comfortable. Honestsly, we could have not done this wedding without him. I definitely recommend him!

I cannot say enough great things about Scot. He was helpful in more ways than just officiating the ceremony. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding day of our dreams. From his video chats, to his emails, his reminders, to helping us with our flowers. Scot was incredible. From the start, he made us feel confident that we would have a wedding ceremony that fit us and our relationship. He made planning from out of town a breeze and left me with no worries leading up to my wedding day. Our wedding day started a little late but Scot was a trooper and didn't add any additional stress. We originally ordered flowers from his wife's previous flower shop but our order was cancelled (two weeks before our wedding!) by the new owner. Scot took it upon himself to find us a new florist, for a discounted price, and even delivered the flowers to our ceremony himself! He made a stressful situation non stressful. He truly was the perfect fit for our special day. He is easy to get along with and performed the ceremony flawlessly. His attention to detail, I'm sure, will make our wedding photos turn out amazing. I can't thank him enough for all that he did!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us, we'll setup a free consultation to help you understand all of your options and explore what you want from your ceremony. Then we'll collaborate with you to craft your ceremony to get it just the way you want it. We'll run your rehearsal helping everyone to feel calm and confident. On your wedding day, we'll work closely with your other vendors and host your beautiful, meaningful ceremony. Once we've all signed the license I will mail it back to the county for it to be legally recorded and then sent back to you. Then you're all set for a lifetime of happiness!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather was a justice of the peace in a small farm town in South Dakota. He passed away when my mom was 7 years old, so I never had the chance to get to know him. But when my wife started a wedding floral business and I saw the opportunity to follow in his footsteps, I took the plunge and love it.
