Hadley was awesome and prompt in helping with holiday decorating this December. In addition to that, she was great with helping to organize and move us out of our house and into another during a renovation. We Mind Your Business is truly the one I count on when in need of help.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ideally we like to meet face-to-face with a new client, but if that's not convenient then a timely phone call will get us started. From there we will put together a detailed quote and estimate of services, before moving to contract.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A personal connection with your event planner is more important than pricing and fancy websites. You want to make sure the planner is listening to you and your vision, so ask them detailed questions about how they would incorporate your theme.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I always like to see pictures that show the client's style - whether it's interior design, artwork, clothing, flowers, etc. Any pictures they can provide to give me a sense of who they are, so we can incorporate their style into the event. Pinterest is a great resource for this, although I admittedly am not good at maintaining my own page!
