FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally don't offer discounts. Our pricing is the same for everyone. On the occasion that someone like a flipper or builder bring us regular repeat projects, they may receive a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and usually measure the space or work from measurements the client has. Then, one of us enters the design into our computer design program and we generate drawings and pricing. We meet at our showroom to go over everything and make selections. When finalized, we place the cabinet order and wait for them to arrive. If we are not installing the project, we meet with the contractor to go over the design. We usually require a design fee of $250-$2000 depending on the size of the project following initial pricing. This fee then goes against the purchase price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in sociology, religion and philosophy. Which sounds like it may not apply but I have used my understand of people to help grow our business. I am a certified associate kitchen and bath designer which means I completed many many hours of training and passed a test by the NKBA. I have received many accolades in the industry and was most recently published in Professional Remodelers magazine for an award I won.
