- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have a set price list for the many services I offer. Prices depend on task. But always upfront pricing that won't change when the work is done that I can guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be myself. Polite, respectful, mindful and always attentive to your concerns. Thoroughly explain my recommendation to resolve their needs. And finally let my workmanship speak for itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 19 years experience in all types of plumbing from residential service, new construction, commercial service and drain cleaning sewers and storm drains in all sizes.
