We have a check in process which sends each customer an email with all their contact information upon sign in, and it should have shown your email address and phone numbe we had on file. Each computer problem is different so it is difficult to give you an exact quote on what repair will cost until we diagnose the computer. I promise that we will meet or exceed your expectations when it comes to value, service and quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?99.9% of our customers come from word of mouth. Thumbtack is the first form of outside advertising we've done in 35 years. So, first step is to let potential new clients know they can trust us in several different ways: Experience and Longevity: You can probably hire a good technician for $10/hour. However, you might need to pick him up from high school if his mom can't drive him to your house. :-) I've been consulting since 1982 and I still have the very first business I helped today.
