- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are NOT the cheapest consultant out there. I started consulting in 1982, and we have over 7,000 loyal home and business clients we've helped for decades. We would love to help you. Each computer problem is different so it is difficult to give you an exact quote on what repair will cost until we diagnose the computer. I promise that we will meet or exceed your expectations when it comes to value, service and quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
99.9% of our customers come from word of mouth. Thumbtack is the first form of outside advertising we've done in 35 years. So, first step is to let potential new clients know they can trust us in several different ways: Experience and Longevity: You can probably hire a good technician for $10/hour. However, you might need to pick him up from high school if his mom can't drive him to your house. :-) I've been consulting since 1982 and I still have the very first business I helped today. We have helped over 7,000 homes and small businesses with their computer planning and headaches. We'd love to help you!

We are Microsoft Partners, HIPAA Certified for Healthcare and Medical customers, and are MENSA Certified.
