- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts off with an inspection to confirm any damage and then we talk about the best way to proceed sheathed that’s an insurance claim or a retail sale job. We strive to be 100% transparent on every process and our clients have full access to all photos, videos, and reports we use during their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually am attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on the latest and best materials and technology available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had spent 20 years in Emergency Medicine so, helping people in a bad time comes natural to me. Being able to help a property owner after an unexpected loss and give them a piece of mind that I will get them back to pre-storm condition is nothing short of great!
