- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an in-network provider of acupuncture with United Healthcare for most people's policies---check your insurance coverage to be certain that I'm in-network with your specific policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will be emailed (or snail-mailed) an Acupuncture Intake Form Packet, which you will print out, fill out & bring to our initial appointment. You will also be asked to not brush your tongue that day prior to our appointment, so I can do an accurate tongue & pulse diagnosis. Please allow 1 1/2 hours for the initial consult with treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1996. Have taken many continuing education classes for acupuncture and Chinese herbology
