(I was hesitant at first to write this confident recommendation for Ally because I did not want anyone to steal her from me…but I guess I’ll share) I have known Ally for a while now. I met her after a very negative experience with another pet sitter that a friend recommended. Ally is in the complete contrast of that experience. Even after my overbearingness after my last sitter, she was extremely professional, kind, PATIENT and understanding. I am an attorney now, but was in law school when Ally started to pet sit for me, and lets just say she has been my go-to sitter ever since. I feel safe, calm and secure when she watches them. She is also very responsible and accommodating. She has been able to pet sit for me on short notice, or plan far in advance and also for long periods of time; She has offered to stay at my place overnight if necessary; she has taken them to dog parks, and much more. If there was ever an issue she has always made sure to have another option available if necessary. She is consistent with answering phone calls or texts and calls with any concerns she may have (no matter how big or small). I have a very hyper and sometimes unbearable Dalmatian, who requires a lot of attention and activity; and also a husky/aussie mix who can be just as wild, and Ally had been able to handle them both miraculously. Ally has made my life much more manageable and idyllic since I met her. In my line of work with how busy I can be, and how barren and crazy my animals can get; I expect a flexible, calm, sensitive, trustworthy, experienced, consistent, reliable, insured, and of course a genuine human being who can connect with my pets. Ally has checked off all of those boxes remarkably and if she can handle my lifestyle and my pets → I would recommend her to anyone, with any pet.

I was nervous to hire someone new I had never met before but Ally exceeded all expectations. She came over to meet us and the pups and took great care of them while we were out of town. She not only made them super happy but also me happy while I was gone by sending some pictures and updates my way. I would most definitely recommend her for any family or friend and will have her as my go-to in the future!

Alexandria did a great job looking after our two high maintenance dogs and taking care of our house while we spent a month in Thailand . We returned to a clean house , two happy well fed dogs and fresh baked cookies , who could ask for more ? Thanks Alexandria , Gerry , Donna , Stella and Fiona .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for my services typically range between $35-50 per day depending on the client's needs. I am flexible and willing to communicate pricing on a client to client basis. Daily rates range from $25-40 a day, also depending on the client’s needs. Each additional pet (both daily and overnight) is $5 extra per day/night.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to meet with the client beforehand as a way to establish trust and to go over the client's expectations as I care for their home and/or pet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been house/pet sitting for the past 9 years. I am an animal lover of all kinds and have owned over my lifetime: dogs, cats, reptiles, hamsters, and fish. I have a wide knowledge of pet care and am proficient in animal CPR and First Aid.
