- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients I begin with an initial free 30 minute meet-up to asses your goals and current level of skill/mobility/movement patterns. Dress for a workout as we will do some basic skill/strength test.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a certified personal trainer from NASM. I taught as an instructor at Awaken Gymnastics in Denver. I have been training in functional fitness, gymnastics, calisthenics, agility and mobility for the past 9 years of my life but have been an athlete for my entire life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been into movement and physical activities. In August of 2018 I realized I was no longer happy with my job so I quit and began pursuing my career in the strength/mobility/nutrition field.
