Awesome service! I needed to have a ton of junk removed from a rental property that a former tenant had trashed. It needed to happen ASAP, and it was much more junk than I had time to and wanted to handle myself. It was an early Saturday morning when I called Jermaine's Hauling & Services. And wow..... Jermaine personally answered the phone. He was prompt at understanding my problem situation. He then met me at the rental property within a half hour with a large dump trailer. He gave me a very reasonable price to do the junk removal and operated efficiently to clean up the property. Within that morning he had hauled away over 1 1/2 tons of junk and debris. And by the end of the day he and his crew had cleaned up the entire property, hauling away probably another ton. Wow...... Jermaine went above and beyond with his service promise. He listened to my concerns and was able to execute a plan of action on the spot. He provided a great relief of my worries in removing all that junk and debris. His service certainly deserves 5 stars.If you ever find yourself needing immediate junk and debris removal. Be sure to call Jermaine first. He will help you solve your problem efficiently at a very reasonable price. He certainty did that for me. Thanks Jermaine!

Pricing is on a case-by-case basis. Pricing depends on factors such as travel distance, weight and quantity of junk/debris, type of debris, dump costs, etc. We work with you to determine your needs and budget. We give discounts to repeat customers frequently. We want to give our customers the best value possible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Since 1993, we have worked with all types of customers, ranging from one-time small pickup jobs from individuals, to repeat weekly pickups, to businesses who need large hauling, to even the City of Des Moines, where we have provided augmentation in their city clean-up program. Rest assured, no job is really too small or too large for us. We can help solve your hauling and debris clean-up needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Most of our jobs are same-day. For instance, on a house clean-out we can come in the morning and will have it finished by the end of day, typically. We handle all the details to clear out the junk out of the way, so that you can enjoy peace of mind.
