- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case-by-case basis. Pricing depends on factors such as travel distance, weight and quantity of junk/debris, type of debris, dump costs, etc. We work with you to determine your needs and budget. We give discounts to repeat customers frequently. We want to give our customers the best value possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Since 1993, we have worked with all types of customers, ranging from one-time small pickup jobs from individuals, to repeat weekly pickups, to businesses who need large hauling, to even the City of Des Moines, where we have provided augmentation in their city clean-up program. Rest assured, no job is really too small or too large for us. We can help solve your hauling and debris clean-up needs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Most of our jobs are same-day. For instance, on a house clean-out we can come in the morning and will have it finished by the end of day, typically. We handle all the details to clear out the junk out of the way, so that you can enjoy peace of mind.
