- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use fair and equitable value pricing as well as fixed pricing for most jobs. Only Unexpected job challenges in accordance with their difficulty will increase the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We began by discussing the nature of the repair. It’s good to know if the customer has any knowledge or history of the defect or problem. I then share my experience and knowledge of such repairs and spend time educating them on what must be done to comply with Michigan’s Building Code (if applicable).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in mechanical, machining and building trades. (USAR) Mechanical Training (Focus Hope) Machinist Training / and (Paragon Guidance) Building Trades Superintendent.
