Introduction: So you want to know what stands out about my training? I specialize in weight training, calisthenics, some yoga & also MMA training for cardio.I can even add in MMA fight lessons if interested.But the best part is I offer all of this at a very affordable price as I believe sessions shouldn't be like $60/hr just to workout & improve yourself.I do my training out of my house & have plenty of equipment from dumbells, weight plates, bench presses, curling bar, pull up tower, MMA equipment, treadmill & a incline/decline chair. MY AVAILABILITY: Monday:Anytime Tuesday-Friday:After 6pm Saturday-Sunday:Anytime I love seeing people truly work towards their best & helping them along the way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $25 for normal training sessions with a 2 hr. max time.So you can train 1-2 hrs & it still be $25.I also offer MMA training for an added $10 fee per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well our first meeting, we'll do a little evaluation to get to know each other.I'll ask about your medical & exercise history so I can shape an exercise program around you.I'll also ask about your fitness goals & if there's anything you enjoy so that I make the best routine for you.Then we can start your training the same day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a ACE certified personal trainer along with being a health nut since I was 13 (I'm now 20)
