Introduction: The classes I offer are thoughtfully paired with fun/moving music to take your practice to the next level. Lavender is offered at the beginning of each class to bring your focus inward and relax the mind.
I love to see the journey my students encounter on their mat. At the end of each class it appears that just a little weight was lifted from their shoulders. I love that I can be a part of that. Ubuntu is an African word meaning "I am what I am because of who we all are". Throughout the yoga community, I certainly feel this to be true.
