- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in your home and businesses being beautiful just as much as you do. We treat yours like we do our own. We are reasonably priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon speaking on the phone a series of questions regarding the space you need cleaned will be asked in addition to your personal allergies. You will be QUOTED a price that is subject to change upon arrival if the condition of the space is more severe than originally anticipated. We have a NO REFUND POLICY due to the impossibility of reversing labor put in to cleaning your space. If there is any dissatisfaction with the service provided you must alert The Erasers Cleaning Company within 24 hrs after services rendered and a specialist will return to rectify any problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family is my business. As parents of 4 children life can get messy. Over a decade of experience researching home cleanliness, working for a maid service and my husband's 13 year old commercial janitorial background makes us the experts you need!
