I really enjoyed taking yoga classes from Karen. She is attentive, embraces beginners as well as more advanced students and you can clearly see that yoga is her passion. I highly recommend her classes :)

Karen is one of the greatest yoga teachers I've ever had! Not only does she give lots of adjustments and have the best playlists, her classes always connect me to the root of why I come to yoga. She reiterates throughout various postures the ultimate goal is to be present and connect deeper to our body, our breath, and our heart. Karen's perspective inspires me and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sweat a lot and deepen their yoga practice and broaden their mindset.

Excellent session! Friendly, charismatic and knowledge of her trade. Listens to what you really need, and quickly comes up with a plan to work on. Will definitely ask for more sessions.
