- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the number of visits per day and the number of animals in your home. For an extra fee, I can provide additional services, like claw trims, or giving medications and injections. For a detailed price list, please contact me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because I want to make sure that your pets feel safe when I come to visit, I require a meeting with you and your pets in your home. I'll ask a bunch of questions about your pet's diet and exercise requirements, and ask to see where you keep everything. I'll collect and test a key at that time, and confirm the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jen has been working as a professional pet-sitter, both independently and for several highly-regarded services in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia. Her husband, Noah, acts as a consultant on veterinary care. Noah is a Licensed Vet Tech with over 15 years of experience. He is Board Certified in the state of North Carolina.
