Introduction: Hi, my name is Bianca Garcia, and I am a wedding and event planner. I offer every service that you may think of. My rates are low so that you may have more money to put towards your big day. I could do an hourly rate or a one time rate depending on what we talk about during our one hour free consultation, which could be done over the phone or in person. I am available at an array of times from 9:00 a.m. to about 9:00 p.m. I would love to have the opportunity to plan your big day, birthday party, baby shower, or just a simple get-together; I am the one.
