- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are services and packages are created to be customized to our clients needs. Budget is always taken into consideration, not just the clients overall budget, but the budget specifically allotted for your wedding planner/coordinator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start you are offered a complimentary consultation, where we will sit down and get to know each other, discuss your budget for your total wedding planning needs, go over your specific ideas, added details of your dream day and see how we can work together. Once all of this information is gathered, we at Aisle Bee will put together a detailed proposal of the services you requested our assistance with for you to discuss with your fiance and anyone else financially responsible for your event. We encourage you to bring photos, pinterest ideas, color swatches, and guidebooks for anything that you think helps describe and interpret just what you want for your day to entail. With Aisle Bee there are no minor details, so the more information the better.
