It is with pleasure that I highly recommend Frank as a dog walker/ carer. When I brought my goldendoodle, Freddie, home from a rescue center after he'd been at a puppy mill for six years, I knew I had to get someone with a real knowledge of and sensitivity towards dogs. Frank was highly recommended so I called him immediately. During our first meeting, Frank got down on the floor with Freddie and, despite Freddie's skittishness, immediately formed a bond. Frank definitely helped with my dog's rehabilitation. Frank is extremely thorough and communicated with me on a regular basis about Freddie and changes in his behaviour or just to let me know how he'd behaved on the walk. I think of Frank as something of a dog whisperer and I have no hesitation recommending him.

Frank from Packman Dog Walking and Better Behavior took my shy, anxious rescue puppy and turned her into a blossoming, well adjusted adult. I was very worried that she was "unfixable" as I had worked with several other trainers with no marked improvement. She would do better immediately after, but then her anxiety and fear would come back within days . Right away Frank assured me that most dogs are able to successfully overcome fear anxiety as long as the actual cause of the behavior was addressed. I didn't realize the attempts before where just "training" the negative outcome of the underlying behavior problem. Frank diligently to identify what was causing her to be so fearful and have anxiety. From there he worked with both of us and I am proud to say she is a very well adjusted dog!

I very highly recommend Frank for any training and behavior modification your dog needs. I used his services when he was in NJ for my dog that had failed out with 4 different trainers. After our first session, the difference in behavior was immediate. But, Frank also explained to me for continued success, I must be committed to practice and consistency. After our training sessions had ended, Frank offered to take my dog a few times a week for his day services and walking. My dog had the best time of his life and even became a role model for others. Yes, previously labeled “crazy” dog became part of Frank’s training pack and helped other dogs. I highly recommend Frank for whatever care your dog needs: from training to simple dog walking. Your dog will be in the best hands with Frank. After Frank moved, I haven’t been able to find anyone like him to continue with his walking…I also want to mention that Frank to this day still helps me via text message with any questions or advice.

Frank was so good with our puppy! My husband and I welcomed our first dog into our home this summer. She has been a pretty good dog, but we are also expecting twins in December - so I wanted to make sure her excitement could be controlled. I contacted Frank because I felt like I was missing the mark on a few training tactics. Not only did Frank work with our puppy Ruby, but he also talked me through a lot of different training tips that I have been able to work on after our sessions have ended. Ruby responded so well to Frank and I'm so appreciative to the time he spent with my family. With his tips, we have been able to work on a bit of training every day! I also appreciate his professionalism when it came to scheduling sessions with us and taking into consideration my current state (7 months pregnant! So I wasn't able to walk as far or spend as much time on the floor with the pup!). We would highly recommend Frank to work with your puppy or older dog!

Packman Dog Walking Services is led by TRUSTWORTHY and reputable gentleman by the name of Frank. Frank cares for your animal just as if it were his own. When you have to trust someone during the day when you're gone, it's really comforting to know that Frank can do the job, with compassion and love. Frank is the Pack Leader. I found that the behavior of my dog was more mild mannered towards other dogs as well as people. He not only walks your dog, he is prompting appropriate behavior on the leash. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you to send me an email briefly discussing your concerns and dog training issues. I will asses your needs and follow up with my procedures and how my training sessions are structured. We can proceed from there if you would like to set up your first consultation. This is not a substitute for training and no professional advice will be given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Dog Behaviorist (ACDBC) APDT IACP I have served clients as a dog care professional for over a decade. I've previously managed a large dog daycare, taught group training classes, give private dog training lessons, and most notably known for walking groups of 15 plus dogs which had me featured in several local newspapers! I am skilled canine behavior specialist who helps owners to become more confident with their dogs. Specializing in dog behavior modification, I use a scientific approach that is bolstered by dog psychology. Rather than simply covering up training issues, I work to identify the root causes of behavior, addressing the negative behavior and applying correct theories in order to reestablish the relationship between the dog and the owner. In this way, I guide owners toward comfortable leadership of their dogs. My experience includes challenging cases in which dogs suffered from severe aggression, fear, and anxiety.
