Straightforward Pricing. I charge by the job. Not by the hour. This approach saves the customer hundreds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and get an idea of the area of concern. I assess the problem and make a determination and recommendation for correcting the defect. No work is done until approved by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training is the best teacher. I got it there.
